Program Information

CITY Program—Rock County, Minnesota

Program Model: Rock County has contracted with Ketterling Services, Inc. to offer a recycling program to residents.  Free drop off locations are also available for county residents at the Rock County Transfer Station and at Ketterling’s location.

How it Works: Commercial and residential recycling collection are available. Customers can contact the County or the Waste Hauler directly to set up services.

County Requirements

Residents are encouraged to recycle but participation is not mandatory.
