Official Rules and Regulations: Earth Day ♻️ Recycling Hunt

1. Eligibility:
   • Open to Sioux Falls residents and surrounding areas in Millennium Recycling’s service areas.
   • Participants must be 18+ or have guardian consent if under 18.
   • Must follow Millennium (@sfrecycling) on Instagram or like the Facebook page.
2. Entry Period:
   • Friday April 19, 2024, 12:00 AM CT, to Sunday April 21, 2024, 11:59 PM CT.
3. How to Enter:
   • Take a photo with a public recycling bin at a local business or public place.
   • Post on Instagram or Facebook, tagging @sfrecycling and using #EarthDayHunt #RecyclingRecon.
   • Tag the business/location if possible.
   • May enter multiple times with different businesses/locations. The more you find, the better your chance to win!
   • If recycling an item in the photo, please make sure it is recyclable by following the yes guide!
4. Prizes:
   • Three winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
   • Each winner will receive a $50 gift card to a local business.
   • Prize winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform through which they entered. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
5. General Conditions:
   • By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations.
   • Millennium Recycling reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it deems to be inappropriate or in violation of these rules.
   • Participants retain ownership of their submitted photos but grant Millennium Recycling the right to use, reproduce, and display the photos for promotional purposes related to the Contest.
   • Millennium Recycling is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Contest.
   • The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
6. Release and Limitations of Liability:
   • By entering the Contest, participants release and hold harmless Millennium Recycling, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Minnehaha County, South Dakota.
